1 / guests temperature will be checked at check-in. Guests will also be asked to provide a copy of their ID

4 / hand sanitisiers are placed around the hotel including in the lobby, restaurant, and toilets are guests are requested to use them regularly

The package includes a standard Japanese room, dinner and breakfast. All guests have unlimited use of the hotel’s indoor and outdoor hot springs, with private onsen also available at a small surcharge.
This package includes a 2-Day Snow Monkey Pass, valid for one entry to the monkey park and 2-days unlimited transport using the Nagano Dentetsu Railway – running from/to Nagano Station and Yudanaka Station – along with the Snow Monkey Express Bus – running from/to Nagano Station and the monkey park.
Within walking distance of the park, Enza Café is one of the area’s most popular restaurants serving a great selection of Japanese and Western favourites, including delicious Ramen or Pizza lunch set.
You can choose to have lunch at Enza on either day – a great option before or after heading into the monkey park.
