DAIMARU SOBA
Nagano’s staple dish is a noodle dish called soba, made of buckwheat. Daimaru, right in front of the Zenko-ji Temple complex, is one of the best places to try these noodles at. You can see them make the soba, roll out the dough, cut it in strings, right in front of you. Their soba is incredibly fresh and well made and will surely give you agreat taste of Nagano’s beloved food.
