When planning and booking your trip to Central Japan, it’s important that you can do so with confidence that your intended destinations will be both enjoyable and safe. As Nagano’s No.1 rated tour and charter operator, we offer a range of services including group tours, private tours and private charters to help you get the most out of your time in the region
We can arrange transport to and from any destination in the region, with a customised itinerary to suit your travel needs. Our drivers and vehicles are fully certified – allowing us to transport you to and from any destination – and precautions including a protective screen separating the driver from passenger and luggage area, is installed in every vehicle.
During COVID-19, our staff will wear protective masks and maintain social distancing, allowing you to move between your destinations in comfort and safety. We can arrange both private tours with an English-speaking guide or a private charter, including a private vehicle and driver but without a guide.
When booking a transport and/or a tour with us, we commit to the following:
1 / your driver and guide (if included) will be wearing a face mask*
2 / a plastic partition in the vehicle will separate the driver from the passengers
3 / if required to assist with your luggage, your driver will wear gloves
4 / destinations we visit will have alcohol-based hand rub/hand sanitizer available
5 / we will arrange for you to be seated away from other guests at your lunch restaurant (if lunch is included in your tour/charter)
We value the safety and comfort of our guests and staff above all other matters, and want all potential guests to have the confidence to book with us. The measures listed above will be implemented on every tour.
*We also ask for the cooperation of all guests in supplying and wearing their own mask and following the guidelines above.
