Enjoy a Private Food Tour of Nagano
Locally-based and operating all year round, Snow Monkey Resorts is Nagano’s No.1 tour and charter operator. We have the local knowledge of where and when to go, to help you discover and enjoy the region’s culinary delights!
Our English-speaking guides look forward to taking you along a road less travelled with the comfort and convenience of a private vehicle and driver. Whether you want to visit some of the region’s acclaimed sake and miso breweries, try your hand at soba-making, fruit-picking or any other food-related activity and destination, we can arrange an itinerary that matches your interests and tastes!
We can arrange transport to and from any of the region’s best food destinations including Nagano City, Matsumoto City and Obuse along with the farmlands of Azumino, Suzaka, Toyono, Yamanouchi and more. Doing so in combination with visits to some of Nagano’s most popular attractions including the Jigokudani Monkey Park, Zenko-ji Temple Togakushi, Shiga Kogen, the Mastukawa Valley, or Kamikochi reveals the natural beauty and abundance of Nagano.
Packages can also include lunch and accommodation at any of the region’s many restaurants and guesthouses. Our drivers and vehicles are fully certified, allowing us to transport you to and from your preferred destinations, in combination with any activity that suits your interests and schedule.
We can arrange both private tours with an English-speaking guide or a private charter, including a private vehicle and driver but without a guide.
We’d love to be part of that experience and help you discover even more!
