Oyaki are buns filled with vegetables and a local Nagano delicacy. When coming to the Nagano area, oyaki is definitely one thing you should try. But why buy it from a store when you can make your own and have the freshest oyaki out there?
At Ogawa no Sho (小川の庄) you can have a 30 minute cooking experience where you will make two oyaki with two different flavors. The cooking process is done by frying the buns over a traditional indoor hearth in a skillet and finishing it off over open hot coal for that smokey flavor. This gives the whole experience an extra traditional taste to it.
