For visitors coming to the park in winter, our 1-Day Snow Monkeys & Snow Fun in Shiga Kogen Tour takes you high up the monkey park to Shiga Kogen – Japan’s largest ski resort. Not just the largest resort, Shiga is also Japan’s highest and as such, is known for the reliability of its snow. Your morning is spent enjoying snow fun activities in the central area of the resort before heading-out of the mountains and down to the park for a warming winter lunch before heading into the park to enjoy the monkeys in their winter habitat.
