Whether you are visiting the Snow Monkey Park or Nagano's famous ski resorts, or headed to any of the region's popular tourist destinations, Snow Monkey Resorts operates a range of charter vehicles that will make your visit comfortable, safe, and convenient. With vehicles suitable for couples and families to groups of up to 45 people, we have you covered for pickup and drop-off from the Tokyo or Nagoya airports, other popular points of origin, and transfers within the region.

Based in the Snow Monkey Park area, our drivers and support staff have local knowledge of winter weather and road conditions, peak traffic times, parking, restaurants and more. We not only transport you but provide the best information with which you can make the most of your visit to the Snow Monkey Park and region.

FAQs

Does your driver speak English?
Your driver doesn’t necessarily speak English. Their English may be limited however our remote support staff are of international background and can assist you if necessary.

Can the buses be equipped with childrens seats?
Yes. All vehicles can be equipped with child seats upon your request (without additional charge). If you wish to use a child seat, please make sure you request one on the reservation form.

What is the payment procedure?
We will send you an electronic invoice to your email address. Once you have received the invoice, please click on the inserted link and complete payment via either credit card or PayPal. Once we have received payment we send you a final confirmation and contract voucher.

If I have an emergency, who should I contact?
Please send an email to snowmonkeyresorts@machinovate.com or call our office on +81-269-38-0750. Our English-speaking staff will assist you.

Will there be toilet breaks while we are on the road?
Yes. Your driver will stop for a toilet break once every two hours during the charter operation. If the charter duration is less than 2 hours we will not have toilet break unless requested.

Can we eat food inside the vehicle?
Yes. Please feel free to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks, according to your needs.

Can we drink alcohol inside the vehicle?
No. We ask that our guests refrain from drinking alcohol during their charter service for their own safety and comfort.

How does the pick-up work?
Our driver will wait for you at the arrival gate of your terminal (for airport pick-up) or ticket gate (for station pick-up) with the sign: "SNOW MONKEY RESORTS CHARTERS." Please show him your voucher and he will lead you to your charter vehicle.

How does drop-off at the airport work?
We will drop you off at the departure terminal, based on the flight details given to us.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is as below:

15 days before the starting date of the charter service: No Charge

14 days - 8 days before the starting date of the charter service: we charge 20% of the full fare

7 days - 24 hours before the starting date of the charter service: we charge 30% of the full fare

Later than 24 hours before the starting time of the charter service: we charge 50% of the full fare
